J. Stephen Worth

Managing Partner

Stephen Worth is the Managing Partner of The Ursula Group and an Investment Partner of Ursula Capital Partners.

Mr. Worth was previously a Senior Managing Director at Evercore (2006–2023) in the Industrials Group with a focus on Automotive and Automotive Technology. Prior to Evercore, Mr. Worth was Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank (2001–2006) and Managing Director at J.P. Morgan & Co. where he covered industrials, consumer, financial institutions, forest products, oil & gas, and telecommunications (1988–2001). Mr. Worth holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
